Using Youtube is a great idea. You are able to teach something once and show it to your class. It can be used over and over and if a student were to miss a lesson, they could go to the Youtube video and learn from that. They are quick and easy to use. It is also a free tool. This is a tool that I could see myself using in my classroom and it could be a helpful tool for me to learn from as well. The way that I used this tool was to show an introduction to students of the sports we would be learning. They will be able to watch these videos and get an idea for what we would be doing in class. This could be a great tool for math as well. You could post math lessons on there so that if your student were to miss a day, they could refer to the Youtube video and learn it there. It saves time for the student and teacher since both can be on their own time.

I used the google docs tool. This tool is very helpful and one of the basic skills students need to learn. They will be able to write stories, reports, research papers, etc. using this tool. It is also a very simple tool to learn. It is similar to Word, which I started using in first grade. This tool is also great to demonstrate on, which is what I did for my example of a country report. Learning how to use google slides was very beneficial. It can be very useful for my students and for me to build a way to share information with them. This tool and many others from google will be good for students and teachers to learn in the classroom. Roman Technology

Students will understand that the appearance of the moon changes
in a predictable cycle as it orbits Earth and as Earth rotates on its
axis.
This flyer gives students information about the blood moon. They can see when it is and they know what is expected of them. It is a hard copy that they can take home so it will make it easier for them to refer to it. It is also something they can do with their family, which is great for involving the parents in what their student is learning. Blood Moon Flyer

It
was great to see all these different ways of teaching. It is helpful to
see some of the creative ways you can help your students learn. I liked
to see some of the ideas and then come up with other things to improve
them as well. There was one about comparing fractions and it would be
fun and make it easier for the students, if they had pictures and colors
to help them really see what they're working with. I could use these
ideas in my classroom and make them my own as well. It is a great way to
see different teaching techniques. I also really liked the corralling
chickens idea where you compare fractions and find the matching one. It is fun to do things like the corralling or the coordinate plane to apply to real life. I would love to set up my room as a miniature town on a coordinate plane so my students could see how it applies. It would also work with a GPS and teaching them how the math they're using is applied to technology.
